With over a decade of experience in sales, business development, account management, and strategic leadership, he brings a strong combination of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial vision.
Before establishing Sylhet XYZ, Debashish built a successful career with Grameenphone Ltd., one of Bangladesh’s leading telecommunications companies. During his tenure, he held key responsibilities in SME customer acquisition, enterprise sales, channel development, relationship management, and team leadership. His ability to deliver sustainable business growth and develop high-performing teams earned him several prestigious recognitions, including National Best RTM Executive, Shining Star Award, Best Visibility Territory, Half-Yearly Top Performer, Club 100, and Top Performer (Q4 2020).
At Sylhet XYZ, Debashish leads the company’s strategic direction, business expansion, and client engagement initiatives. His vision is to build a trusted HR and outsourcing organization that provides innovative recruitment, workforce management, business consulting, payroll support, and training solutions to organizations across Bangladesh and international markets.
